Request handling
Outside may ask for enough information to verify a request and locate relevant records. Requests should be minimized to what is necessary. Valid requests are tracked, reviewed, and answered through the same channel.
For urgent danger or emergencies, contact local emergency services. This inbox is not an emergency channel.
We aim to acknowledge account requests within seven days and complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to applicable legal deadlines. Account deletion includes Outside records and the Clerk account.
